Skills and Competencies

• Relevant work, internship, or academic experience in finance, accounting, economics or credit research, with strong knowledge of macroeconomic principles and financial/statistical analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus preferred experience with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx) and programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, visualization, and storytelling skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, combined with high emotional intelligence to manage complex dynamics, foster collaboration, and lead with empathy and self‑awareness; strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention...
