RBA Compliance Manager

RBA Compliance Manager, based in Penang (Bayan Lepas)

• Develop, initiate and oversee control systems, in‑policies and procedures of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines, ethics or improper conduct;
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve RBA compliance for sites including on‑site service providers;
• Collaborate with corporate counsels, internal audit, Operations, HR, EHS, etc. to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations and support investigation of legal compliance issues;
• Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved;
