The contract execution assistant will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely manner while collaborating with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and SGS.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws
- Collaborate with the business development team to renew expiring rate agreements and draft rate agreements with new clients
- Collaborate with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and SGS.
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
- KPI Reporting
- Maintain client certificates on insurance, provide credit reports to the accounting department and generate monthly KPI reports related to financial performance.
