**Labcorp** is seeking a **RCM Training Specialist I** to join our **Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash** team **.**
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash.
+ Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback
+ Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development
+ Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials
+ Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
+ Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training
+ Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs
