Job Description
- Analyze trend to create new menu innovation
- Coordinate with internal team for new menu development
- Arrange product tasting periodically with BoD
- Do QC testing and vendor sourcing if needed
- Present new menu concept proposals to management
- Monitor product performance and develop strategies to improve the menu
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Memantau performa produk serta mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik menu.
