**This position plays a vital role in supporting the ramp-up of projects within the Large Generators Engineering PMO, requiring expert project management skills. As a Specialist Professional (P4), you will lead complex Research & Development and Mods & Upgrades projects that are critical to achieving Siemens Energy’s strategic objectives. The R&D Project Manager manages, with full responsibility, the scope, schedule and budget of Research & Development and Mods & Upgrades projects within the Large Generators Engineering organization. The role drives the development of products, solutions and/or services that need to be timely and competitive in the marketplace and/or drives research that ensures Siemens Energy’s technological lead position.**
