Responsibilities
Working with R&D Scientists to support sample evaluation with PD, Sensory, Procurement & Marketing counterparts.Requesting support documents from suppliers as per Technical Stage Gate requirements such as COA, Allergen List, Sodium Content, etc.Handling further work from R&D seasoning once the seasoning for launch is identified.Managing to scale up seasoning as per the project timeline.Requesting technical data for PLS (Product List Specification).Requesting for seasoning specification set up.Assisting documentation colleagues to maintain the well-being of seasoning documentation.Motivating suppliers to add flavor to Flavour Bank as per request by R&D Seasoning.Generating the seasoning list from Flavour Bank for Lift & Shift project.Handlin...
