Job Overview

The Ruggedized Fiber Optic (RFO) Hiring for R&D/PRODUCT DVL TECHNICIAN III (6-3-T) supplies the quick‑turn capabilities needed for prototypes and customer samples. It provides tooling designs in support of new products and processes to meet customer ramp‑up schedules. In summary, the role creates cost‑effective solutions for first NPI product builds and prepares those products for transfer to production. The position is for an experienced fiber‑optic technician who will be a key member of simultaneous R&D engineering teams and will be responsible for optical connector assembly, termination of various configurations of fiber‑optic cable assemblies, and testing of these assemblies.
