Job Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Environmental Services staff
+ Monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures in patient rooms, offices, and common areas
+ Ensure proper isolation, discharge, and terminal cleaning practices are followed
+ Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
+ Train, coach, and evaluate team members while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
