Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing/Business analyze/statistics Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, proficient in PPT, Excel and other office software Advanced skills in research and report writing. Experience in data/content analysis, and complex problem solving. Close attention to detail. Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognize when requires escalation. Embraces a changing environment, adapts well to changing demands and ambiguous situations and adapts own behavior accordingly Preferred:
Project management skills. Excellent presentation skills. Expresses self clearly & displays sensitivity to develop constructive relationship with others. Experience in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrated cross cultural awareness.
