Reactive Working Supervisor - £37,895 per annum

We're looking for a Reactive Working Supervisor to lead and support our inhouse reactive repairs teams. You'll help us deliver safe, highquality, customerfocused repairs across our homes. In this role, you'll supervise a team of skilled trade operatives, ensuring work is completed right first time, within target timescales, and in full compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations. You'll balance handson support with effective supervision, carry out quality inspections, monitor performance against KPIs, and play a key role in developing and motivating your team.
