• Overseeing and scheduling lot/area/establishment
• Setting up meetings with prospective buyers
• Understanding what the buyer is looking for in a property
• Arranging property showings
• Working with professionals to coordinate appraisals and inspections
• Negotiating property repair requests and offers on behalf of the buyer
• Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
• Property management certification (eg. CPM, ARM) preferred
• Minimum of 1 yr experience in property management, with exposure to residential and commercial properties.
• Familiarity with property development processes and building permits.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office suite
