Opportunity Description
Promote and sell off‑plan properties through client consultations, presentations, and site visits using company‑provided leads. Represent Rayna Properties at roadshows and events. Must be open to frequent travel across UAE and beyond. Build long‑term client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless transaction closings. Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and regulatory changes (e.g., RERA compliance).
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, especially off‑plan projects (1+ years preferred). Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively for roadshows and client meetings. Multilingual candidates (English + Turkish, Italian, Mandarin, etc.) will receive strong preference.
