Real Estate Associate/Counsel

Lateral Link is partnering with a regional business-oriented firm hiring a senior Associate, Counsel or Junior Partner for their real estate practice. No Portables are Required for this position.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions with the ability to handle borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction and permanent financings, condominium development and commercial leasing.
