Real Estate Attorney

Description We are looking for an attorney to support sophisticated real estate and business transactions in Baltimore, Maryland. This role focuses on advising clients involved in mixed-use development projects, including developers, investors, homebuilders, landlords, and tenants. The attorney will contribute to matters spanning property transactions, development planning, financing arrangements, leasing, and business ownership agreements.
