Real Estate Attorney (Transactional)

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Real Estate practice groups. This role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and corporate finance , with a particular emphasis on representing business owners, investors, sponsors, developers, and franchise operators. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated transactions from drafting through closing and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
