Responsibilities
- Generate and close property sales in the Dubai real estate market.
- Handle off‑plan and secondary market transactions.
- Manage client inquiries and convert leads into buyers.
- Convert property inquiries into successful sales transactions.
- Work with both company-provided leads and self‑generated leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Follow up with investors and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers and developers.
- Develop professional video presentations of real estate projects for marketing and client engagement.
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and new launches.
- Maintain CRM records and update daily activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
