Opportunity Description
Commercial leadership & sales (the core of the role)
- Own and drive the commercialisation strategy for office, residential and mixed-use developments
- Convert prospects into signed deals and maximise sales volumes and margins
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors and partners throughout the sales cycle
- Steer the design and rollout of sales and communication materials with MarCom and Residential Sales & Client Experience
- Position each product to its target market and secure client satisfaction from first contact to handover
- Provide commercial reporting and sales forecasting to the relevant departments
