Real estate development & project management (construction)

In order to be considered the following is required: Degree in Civil Engineering Degree in Construction and Physical Planning More than 10 years of experience in construction project management is preferable to understand the practical principles and practices of the project management discipline Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, MS Project), knowledge of share drive Ability to determine the requirements for electricity, water, air conditioning and other aspects of buildings Ability to acquire a greater understanding of trade, economics or relevant subject under study through the application of formal research methodologies Duties & Responsibilities: Act as a point of reference, for Project Management queries and information, and an advocate for best practice in terms of real estate development and/or project management within South Africa Analyse portfolio reporting data and keep Head of RES Commercial, Head of RES SA and the Head REDPM group informed on all pro...
