Real Estate Fund Finance Manager — Singapore-Based

TIAA is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager based in Singapore. This role will involve financial management of a Singapore domiciled fund investing in Japanese real estate. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, managing audits, and liaising with global investors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of IFRS and JGAAP. Proficiency in Japanese and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
