Real Estate Litigation/Dispute Resolution – Edinburgh or Glasgow

This prominent Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for a qualified Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate Litigation team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team works hands-on with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large international organisations.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with 4-6 years’ PQE and expertise in property disputes and general litigation matters. The role involves drafting and advocacy work in litigation and arbitration, including boundary/title disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and development disputes.
