• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation or fact sheet.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques including the tracking of the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects.
• Ensure that all project materials are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and adherence to quality.
• Approve billing appraisal
