AGM Projects JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects to lead and manage the development of high-rise residenƟal projects (30-40 floors). The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in residenƟal property development, with a focus on high-rise construcƟon. This role requires experƟse in project management, budget control, quality assurance, and team leadership across departments such as contracts, purchase, billing, and site management. The AGM will play a key role in ensuring that these large-scale, complex projects are delivered on Ɵme, within budget, and meet all required quality standards.
