We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to recruit and build a strong network of Real Estate Agents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting Real Estate Agents in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and sourcing skills
• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve recruitment goals

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 + attractive performance-based commission
• Office located at Emaar Business Park
