Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Mentorship

• Conduct 1:1 coaching, roleplay sales scripts, and objection-handling training
• Build structured onboarding programs for new recruits
• Run daily standups, track activity metrics, and monitor pipeline health
• Maintain a high-energy, resilient sales floor culture

Strategy & Target Achievement

• Set daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets
• Allocate territories and distribute inbound leads fairly
