Real estate salesperson

We're hiring a Sales Executive at Saivilla Dreamhouse Pvt Ltd, Palanpur.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the sales floor — meeting buyers, walking them through a site, and closing the deal. If you've got 2–3 years of sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, read on.

What you'll do

Generate, follow up, and convert leads Host site visits and present our property portfolio Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets Maintain customer records and prepare sales documentation Stay sharp on local real estate market trends

What we're looking for

2–3 years in sales (real estate or B2 C preferred) Proven results — be ready to talk about deals you've closed Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English Comfortable with CRM / basic office tools On-site in Palanpur

Full-time role with performance incentives on top of base.
