Real-Time Reporting Analyst — KPI Insights

IntouchCX is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Manila to change the way people think about customer care. You will be responsible for real-time reporting and diagnosing trends in key performance metrics, partnering effectively with operational leaders.

The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Word are essential. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
