Summary About the Position: The position serves as the USAG Bavaria Alternate Real Property Accountable Officer and works under the general supervision of the Primary Real Property Accountable Officer and Chief, Master Planning / Real Property Division within the Department of Public Works. Responsibilities Responsible for planning, organizing and the operational oversight and direction of the acquisition of real property, management of real property, and for the disposal of real property. Serves as the Garrison Alternate Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO) accountable for all real property assets at USAG Bavaria. Manages the preparation and update of the Real Property Physical inventory (RPI). reviews and accepts DD Forms 1354 ensuring that procedures relating to the transfer and acceptance of real property are adhered to.
