Actalent is currently seeking a qualified Real Estate Professional for a position in Portland, OR.
This Realty Technician position will provide professional realty support and assistance to the Real Property Field Services (TERR) organization at Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). The TERR organization provides support to acquire, provide restrictive appraisals, and dispose and manage BPA’s real estate rights. The organization also determines acceptable multiple use of BPA rights-of-way, investigates, and resolves encroachments on BPA land, facilitates changes/conditions in Memorandum-Of-Understandings (MOU) and other agreements; monitors property usage; prepares and administers realty affecting reimbursable agreements. This position involves office and fieldwork to support Realty Specialists and the BPA capital program.
