Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 or more rebar workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Arrange and coordinate daily manpower deployment to meet site requirements
- Liaise with main contractors to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Coordinate job scopes for NTS workers to ensure clarity and task completion
- Supervise all rebar works performed by workers and team leaders to maintain quality standards
- Ensure all workers follow safe working practices and comply with safety regulations
- Adapt work schedules flexibly according to site conditions and project demands
- Carry heavy construction materials as required to support site operations
- Work effectively under outdoor conditions, including exposure to hot sun
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar works
