**Job Description**
The receiving associate – lead operator oversees daily operations on the receiving dock, leading a small team while actively performing hands-on receiving, documentation, and inventory control tasks. This working lead serves as the primary contact for drivers and supports the department manager by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of all inbound materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a small team of 3–5 employees on the receiving dock while actively performing daily receiving tasks.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact on the receiving dock for drivers and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure accurate recording and disposal of scrap each day and complete all required rework at the end of each shift.
