Responsibilities

• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Managing access control and external visitors
• Coordinating the internal preparation of shipments
• Registering, tracking, and monitoring shipments in collaboration with courier platforms
• Requesting, monitoring, and managing third‑party pickups
