Opportunity Description

Important telecommunications company is looking for an administration assistant with experience in purchasing
- Advanced English required: conversational, reading and writing
Skills and experience:
- High School degree or University
- At least 1 years working experience in related roles
- Experience in purchasing
- Advanced English is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and attend external visitors, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure welcoming everyone to the office and correctly receive every delivery.
- Ensure to notify internal members about a new visitor.
- Elaborate internal reports and tracking to internal personnel.
