Opportunity Description
Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage the office reception, general administration, and client service.
The purpose of the role is to relieve the office management team and client directors from general administrative duties so they can focus on clients and core responsibilities.

- Reception duties, welcoming clients, and handling calls/emails
- General office administration, file management, and scanning
- Arrangements for internal and external functions and basic marketing support
- Assistance with tax administration and client onboarding (forms, FICA, data capturing)
- Following up on debtors and maintaining notes on the system
- SAICA/SAIPA administration for staff
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
