· Serves as initial contact for patients, general public, physicians and other hospital personnel.
· Greets and directs patients & visitors appropriately.
· Answers phone calls, obtains information to triage and transfer calls.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
· Education: High school graduate or GED.
· Effective Communication Skills
· Ability to organize and utilize work hours effectively and with minimal supervision.
