We are looking for receptionists (m/f/d) for our clients - hotels and restaurants in Austria - for the summer season or permanent positions.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and check-in of arriving guests
• Organizing a smooth stay for guests
• Guest assistance and information point for all guest inquiries
• Check-out and farewell of departing guests
• Invoicing and cash handling
• Performing administrative reception tasks and maintaining master data
• Creating offers and reservation confirmations
• Various control tasks, including direct room sales
• Waiter and credit card settlement
