Position Overview
Commissionaires South Saskatchewan is hiring a permanent, full-time receptionist responsible for office reception and customer service at our Head Office in Regina (122 Albert Street). The receptionist is an ambassador of the organization and is expected to provide positive service and professional representation of our brand and products to all clients, visitors, and Commissionaires. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Management.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors to Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Headquarters.
- Ensure all reception functions including answering the primary phone line, maintaining the appointment calendar, and receiving walk‑in clients.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Business Management.
- Co‑ordinate parcel and mail reception as well as outgoing mail.
