Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception duties
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages
- Attend to walk-in visitors and contractors
- Record and manage all enquiries and correspondences
- Administer visitor registration and issue passes
- Coordinate courier services (incoming & outgoing)
- Arrange maintenance for office equipment (e.g. copiers, toner)
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level (including English & Mathematics)
- Singapore Citizen
- At least 1 year of receptionist/frontline customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good telephone etiquette and call-handling skills
- Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
