Job Description
Manage the reception desk, including welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner.Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately.Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings.Maintain a clean and organised reception area at all times.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.Provide support to other departments as required.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
