Receptionist & Workplace Coordinator (with Customer Service)
12-month contract - renewable!
Schedule: Mon–Fri, shifts 9am–6pm / 10am–7pm
Location: Central-western part of Singapore
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and mailroom activities.
- Act as first contact for workplace queries; support engagement events.
- Assist visitors and external stakeholders with on‑site needs.
- Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, and locker allocation.
- Provide updates and reports on workplace conditions and feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities, Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Atleast 1 - 3 years of releavent experience
