ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a varied one and would suit someone who enjoys being kept busy. Predominately you will be the face of the firm taking pride in creating a professional first impression for clients. You will also:
- Manage the firm’s inbox
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Assist with queries when possible and escalating when required
- Manage mail and couriers
- Coordination of general office activity
- Provide assistance with events
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- General administration tasks
