Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post job listings on various job boards (e.g., Indeed).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability using Races Calendar.
• Source and attract caregivers to attend orientation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• ENGLISH LEVEL REQUIRED:
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience (flexible).
• Experience using WellSky is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
