Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Lead – Canada

The successful candidate in this role would lead the execution, governance, and evolution of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada. This individual will be accountable for driving progress against RAP commitments, and ensuring meaningful, measurable impact aligned to our Indigenous strategy.

Working closely with the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor and Indigenous Strategy team, this role will provide day‑to‑day leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, relationship‑building skills, and credibility to engage senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
