Reconciliation Manager

Luminarix Sdn Bhd is a newly established Payment Service Provider (PSP) in Malaysia focused on delivering secure, efficient and scalable digital payment solutions. As part of our growth and operational set‑up, we are looking for a highly driven and detail‑oriented Reconciliation Manager to establish and oversee the company’s reconciliation and settlement operations framework.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciliation & Settlement Operations

Manage daily reconciliation processes across:

• Payment gateway transactions
• DuitNow / FPX / card transactions
• Bank collections and disbursements
• Internal wallets and suspense accounts

Ensure reconciliation completeness, accuracy and timely closure within agreed SLA timelines.

Monitor settlement cycles and ensure timely payouts to merchants and partners.
