About the Role 
A leading entertainment business is in need of someone with strong reconciliaitons skills to sit in their wider finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be best suited to someone who has strong attention to detail, is accurate in their work, has good communication skills, and enjoys reviewing and extracting data from excel. The role is initally a six month contract and they are looking for someone to start on short notice. 

The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include: 

  • Preparation and processing of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies
  • Settle and allocate large sums of money to correct suppliers
