Opportunity Description
We are hiring a Records Management Assistant to handle file tracking, digitisation, RFID tagging & quality checks in a dynamic team environment.
Working location: Central Area
Duration: 6 months contract
Salary: $2170 per month
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Key Responsibilities- Support registry and records management operations, including file stocktaking and RFID tagging
- Prepare and organise files for digitisation and scanning
- Perform quality checks on digitised records and upload documents to the system
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF, Outlook, etc
