Full Time - Recovery Case Manager

The Recovery Case Manager (RCM) will meet with their clients regularly on a one-on-one basis. The RCM is the primary contact for a client's family, loved ones, and referral sources. They are responsible for the planning and implementation of client s aftercare. RCM s also serve to assist clients with their outside needs (e.g. court hearings, application for unemployment benefits, FMLA).
