About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers.
- Communicate via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery.
- Support clients to achieve their recovery goals.
