We're looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management. As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
• Communicate via phone, email, and in person
• Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
• Support clients to achieve their recovery goals
