Recovery Officer

JOB
PURPOSE

This role acts
as the liaison between our client and customers to recover debts
and resolve outstanding payments. Duties include communicating with
customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing
customers, and enacting payment plans to clear their debts.
Accomplished Tele-Collection Agents require high customer service,
persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for
problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts to
mitigate financial
losses.

• Make outbound
  calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for
  payment.
• Receive inbound calls (which is
  related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and
  to negotiate payment arrangement with the
  customer.
